Refund policy
AI Traders is in closed beta. This document is provisional and will be replaced by a final lawyer-reviewed version at public release.
First 14 days
Within 14 days of your first paid subscription payment — refund with no questions. Write [hi@aitraders.online](mailto:hi@aitraders.online) with the subject `Refund` — refund within 5 business days.
After 14 days
Pro-rated refund for unused period — only in cases of major Platform issues (downtime > 48h, serious data leak, failure causing trading loss). Each case is individual.
What's not refundable
On-chain builder fee — not our money, Hyperliquid's commission; we receive only a share. Builder fee is non-refundable. Losses from trading — regardless of cause. Subscriptions used over 14 days without complaint — non-refundable.
Refund method
Same form as payment: USDC returned to the same wallet, card via Stripe — to the same card (5-10 business days). Currency conversion fees not covered.
