Can I test without real money?+
Yes. Paper mode is available on every tier — strategies run against live Hyperliquid market data with no capital at risk. A 7-day paper trial is included free before any first live position on paid tiers.
What is the 0.05% builder fee and why is it separate?+
Builder fee is a Hyperliquid on-chain mechanic: the exchange routes a small share of taker commission to whoever included the builder code in the order. It's our only revenue. No hidden markups — every fee shows up in the on-chain explorer.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancellation takes effect next billing day, current period is non-refundable. Live strategies keep running through the paid period, then drop to paper mode.
Do you refund?+
Within 14 days of your first payment — yes, no questions. Beyond that — only by case (extended downtime, platform outage). On-chain builder fees are not refundable since they are the exchange's commission, not ours.
Do you accept crypto?+
Yes. USDC on Hyperliquid, ETH/USDT on Arbitrum. Card payments via Stripe — later, after public launch.
What if I exceed the active-strategy limit?+
New strategies won't start until you stop one or upgrade. Existing strategies keep running.
Is Pro suitable for managing other people's money?+
Technically yes — API access lets you launch strategies programmatically. Legally — your responsibility. AI Traders is not a licensed portfolio manager and does not verify your end-clients.
Is the free Explorer tier permanent?+
Yes, no time limit. It's a way to learn the platform with no commitment. When a vault or bot earns its place in your stack, move to Trader.
