1. General provisions
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to aitraders.online, its web application, API, and related AI Traders features (the “Platform”). By registering, selecting the acceptance checkbox, or continuing to use the Platform, a User confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Purpose of the Platform
AI Traders provides software, analytical, and informational tools for researching markets, building and testing strategies, managing bots, and connecting supported trading services.
AI Traders is not an exchange, bank, broker, asset manager, custodian, or investment adviser. Platform information and results are not personalized investment advice, an offer to buy or sell an asset, or a guarantee of returns.
3. Registration and eligibility
A User must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity required to accept these Terms, and be permitted to use the Platform under the laws applicable to them.
Registration may use email and password, Google OAuth, or another available sign-in method. Registration is completed only after express acceptance of the Terms and Privacy Policy and successful anti-bot verification. A User must provide current information and may not create an account for another person without authority.
By creating an account, a User represents that submitted information is accurate and current, use of the Platform complies with applicable law, and access is not made through automated or non-human means except through an expressly permitted documented API.
4. Account and security
A User is responsible for protecting their password, Google account, wallet, API keys, devices, and other means of access. Accounts may not be shared and security measures may not be bypassed.
If compromise is suspected, the User should stop affected operations, revoke affected credentials, and contact security@aitraders.online. AI Traders may temporarily restrict access to protect the User, the Platform, or third parties.
5. Third-party connections
The Platform may interact with Google, Cloudflare, wallets, blockchains, Hyperliquid, and other services selected by the User. Those services are governed by their providers’ separate terms.
The User grants and revokes permissions and remains responsible for configuration. If the User adds exchange API credentials, AI Traders stores them in encrypted form but cannot guarantee the availability or security of a third-party exchange.
For trading integrations, the User must grant only the minimum permissions required, disable withdrawal access where the integration does not require it, and use IP restrictions where available. AI Traders does not request withdrawal permission for features that do not need it.
6. Trading and technical risks
Trading digital assets, securities, derivatives, and leveraged instruments involves substantial risk, including total loss of capital and additional obligations. The User makes their own decisions and must verify parameters before launch.
Automated and AI-enabled features are software tools, not financial advisers. The User selects permission levels, defines limits, and remains responsible for monitoring. Greater autonomy increases the risk that an inaccurate, incomplete, or untimely signal will be executed without separate approval for every action.
- Past, demonstration, and calculated results do not guarantee future results
- Market price, liquidity, and execution conditions may change rapidly
- Delays, slippage, liquidation, and rejected orders may occur
- Network, blockchain, smart-contract, exchange, API, device, or software failures may occur
- Automation may reproduce an incorrect configuration quickly and repeatedly
- AI-generated output may contain errors, false conclusions, or misinterpretations of market data
7. Acceptable use
A User must not:
- use the Platform for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, money laundering, fraud, or market manipulation
- attack, scan, overload, or bypass authentication, Turnstile, rate limits, or other safeguards
- automatically register accounts, scrape data, or send requests except through a documented API
- create multiple accounts to evade limits, restrictions, pricing, or safeguards
- transmit malicious code, violate third-party rights, or impersonate another person
- copy, sell, decompile, or create derivative solutions from closed parts of the Platform except where law expressly permits it
8. Intellectual property
Software, interface, branding, original text, databases, and other AI Traders materials belong to their lawful rights holders. The User receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Platform for personal or permitted business purposes.
The User retains rights in their data and grants AI Traders only the rights needed to operate and secure the service.
9. Availability, changes, and termination
The Platform and individual features may be provided in beta, changed, suspended for maintenance, or discontinued. AI Traders aims to maintain availability but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Access may be restricted for a breach of these Terms, a security threat, a legal requirement, non-payment of an applicable charge, or termination of a third-party integration. Where practicable, the User will have a reasonable opportunity to access exportable data.
After an account is suspended or terminated, a User must not create another account under their own, a false, borrowed, or third party’s identity to evade the restriction.
10. Paid features
If paid features are offered, their price, period, scope, payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be displayed before payment in the relevant interface or a separate policy. Until such terms are displayed, these Terms do not by themselves create an obligation to pay.
Recurring charges require separate clear subscription consent. The cancellation method, effective date, and any applicable refund terms will be presented before purchase.
11. Disclaimer and liability
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, AI Traders does not guarantee profit, uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or that a strategy will meet a User’s expectations, and is not responsible for trading decisions, market changes, third-party services, access lost through the User’s actions, or indirect losses.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
12. Privacy
Personal data is handled under the AI Traders Privacy Policy published at https://aitraders.online/en/privacy-policy. A User may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@aitraders.online.
13. Changes to the Terms
AI Traders may update these Terms when the Platform, security measures, or legal requirements change. The current version is published with its update date. AI Traders may also notify registered Users of material changes.
Where mandatory law requires separate consent, updated terms apply after that consent is obtained.
14. Governing law, disputes, and contacts
Governing law: —
Dispute authority or court: —
Where practicable, the parties will first attempt to resolve a dispute through discussion. Notices should be sent to support@aitraders.online.
Checking the consent box, pressing the registration button, or taking another clearly identified acceptance action forms an electronic agreement to the current Terms and Privacy Policy. Notices delivered through the Platform or to the registered email are an acceptable electronic form of communication to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms and the policies incorporated into them form the agreement for use of the Platform. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply; failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. Delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control is addressed under applicable law.
