Terms of service

AI Traders is in closed beta. This document is provisional and will be replaced by a final lawyer-reviewed version at public release.

Acceptance

By using AI Traders (the "Platform"), you agree to the terms below. If you disagree, do not use the Platform. Terms may change; we'll notify by email 14 days before changes take effect.

Service description

The Platform provides non-custodial trading tools on Hyperliquid: vault marketplace, trading bots (DCA, Grid, etc.), copy trading. The Platform does not manage your funds and has no access to them — we interact with your Hyperliquid account through a delegated agent wallet with trade-only permission.

Risks

Trading cryptocurrencies and derivatives carries the risk of capital loss. The Platform does not guarantee profits and is not liable for losses from trading — even when initiated by AI Traders algorithms. Historical backtest returns are not a promise of future returns.

Not financial advice

Platform content (vault descriptions, backtest results, decision logs) is informational and not investment advice. AI Traders is not a licensed portfolio manager or broker.

Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time via kill-switch and agent-wallet revocation. The Platform may decline service in cases of suspected fraud, sanction violation or other violations.

Jurisdiction

In closed beta no legal entity is registered. Final legal terms (including jurisdiction) will be published at public release. Until then all questions are resolved via [hi@aitraders.online](mailto:hi@aitraders.online).
