Privacy policy
AI Traders is in closed beta. This document is provisional and will be replaced by a final lawyer-reviewed version at public release.
What we collect
The minimum needed for operation: email (for alerts and recovery), publicly visible Ethereum address of your main wallet, trade history (visible on-chain regardless), anonymized UI telemetry. We do not collect: imei, fingerprint, precise geolocation.
What we cannot and do not collect
No access to your seed wallet. No view of balances outside trades initiated through AI Traders agent. No access to your HL wallet — the agent wallet is protocol-limited.
How we use it
Email — only for subscription and account notifications. Telemetry — to improve UX (which features are popular, where users get lost). Trade history — for decision logs and compare tables.
Third parties
Privy (wallet provider) — handles email for embedded wallets. Hyperliquid — stores all your trades publicly on-chain. AWS (hosting) — processes API requests. We do not sell information to ad networks or data brokers.
Deletion right
You can request account and associated data deletion via [hi@aitraders.online](mailto:hi@aitraders.online). On-chain trade history persists (we cannot delete it — it's a public blockchain), but any of our logs and email — deleted within 30 days.
