This Policy explains how AI Traders handles personal data when a person uses aitraders.online, an account, the API, or related features. It applies to visitors, registered Users, and people who contact support.

AI Traders follows data-minimization principles and processes data needed to operate and secure the Platform.

Data is used to create and maintain accounts, authenticate Users, recover access, respond to requests, provide trading features, and send transactional communications.

Data is also used to prevent bots and fraud, apply rate limits, investigate incidents, diagnose errors, monitor availability, and improve the Platform.

Depending on the context, processing is based on consent, the need to provide a requested service or perform an agreement, legitimate interests in security and service improvement, or compliance with mandatory law.

The Platform uses strictly necessary cookies and browser storage for sessions, CSRF protection, OAuth redirects, locale, theme, consent, drafts, and User preferences.

Session cookies use HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite protections where technically applicable. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent sign-in and protected features from working. Optional analytics is enabled only when configured and supported by an applicable legal basis.

AI Traders does not sell personal data. A limited amount of data may be shared with providers needed for a selected feature.

Some providers may process data outside the User’s country. In those cases, AI Traders uses available contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards and shares only the information needed for the relevant feature.

Wallet addresses and transactions on a public blockchain are available independently of AI Traders. By submitting a transaction or public address, the User understands that these records may be viewed and analyzed by third parties.

Data is retained only while needed for an account, a feature, security, dispute resolution, or a mandatory requirement.

Following a verified deletion request, data controlled by AI Traders is deleted or anonymized within 30 days unless continued retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, or the defense of rights. Backups are removed through their rotation cycle. AI Traders cannot delete public blockchain records or data controlled by independent third parties.

AI Traders uses HTTPS/TLS, strong password hashing, encryption for User-supplied API secrets, access controls, protected sessions, CSRF protection, Turnstile, rate limits, monitoring, audit trails, and backups.

No information system can provide absolute security. Users must also protect their devices, Google account, password, wallet, and exchange credentials and report suspicious activity to security@aitraders.online.

Subject to applicable law, a User may request access and a copy, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a competent data-protection authority. Requests should be sent to support@aitraders.online; AI Traders may verify the requester’s identity before acting.

The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18. If a minor has supplied data without appropriate authorization, contact support@aitraders.online.

The current version is published on this page with its update date. AI Traders may notify Users through the site or registered email when a material change is made.
